## About the house

The open-plan great room has French doors, coastline views, seating, a smart TV and a six-seat dining table. Ceiling fans and breezes cool the living areas; split air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only.

The kitchen includes a Wolf gas range, double-door refrigerator, granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee-making equipment, blender, rice cooker and a breakfast bar. Nearly 900 square feet of covered lanai provides outdoor dining for six and loungers. A natural-stone lap pool, attached spa, built-in barbecue and tropical garden are for exclusive guest use.

All three bedrooms have ocean views, split air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom also has lanai access and an ensuite with a walk-in shower.

Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, starter toiletries and kitchen basics are provided. Entertainment includes a smart TV, DVD player and satellite or cable television. Smart-lock entry and self check-in/check-out are available. Free driveway parking is provided. Children are welcome.

Ali‘i Drive cafés, Kailua Pier and beaches are a five-minute drive away. Kona International Airport is about 10 miles away. A car is recommended.
