The house

The condo accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living spaces include a living room, dining area, breakfast bar, kitchen island and balcony with outdoor dining. Ocean, water and mountain views are among its features.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, broadband, a washer and dryer, smart TV and cable are available. Bed linen, towels, a hair dryer and a safe box are provided.

The complex has a shared outdoor rooftop infinity pool, a pool deck, lounge and rooftop dining area. Beach access, beach lounge chairs, beach equipment, beach towels, kayaks, free bicycle use, a barbecue and gas grill, boat mooring and a dedicated parking space are available. The property is child-friendly. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, outdoor lighting and an emergency exit route. Enhanced cleaning includes disinfectant use and washing linen and towels at at least 60°C/140°F.
