The main living area includes a stone fireplace, television and sectional seating. A lower lounge has a wet bar, while outdoor spaces include a furnished balcony and a patio with a gas fire pit. Ski lockers and storage are near the garage entrance. The fully equipped kitchen has a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, large center island, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and a drip coffee maker. A dining table, grill, washer, dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided. Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, private balcony and ensuite with a soaking tub and steam shower. A second upstairs king bedroom has a private ensuite. Three guest bedrooms are downstairs: a king room with an ensuite, a full-bed room and a captain’s bunk room. The latter two share a full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination. The home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Downtown shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Nearby winter shuttle service provides access to Breckenridge Ski Resort.
