The house

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker, with a six-seat dining table and additional breakfast-bar stools. The private balcony has ocean sunset views, a BBQ and a ten-seat outdoor dining table. The living area includes a large TV, Sonos sound bar, sofa with chaise and two armchairs.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have two king single beds. The main bathroom includes a bathtub. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout, along with heating, a washing machine, dryer and hair dryer.

Secure on-site parking accommodates two cars, with free street parking available 24/7. Moana Beach is directly outside, cafés and parks are within walking distance, and McLaren Vale vineyards are less than a ten-minute drive away. Security cameras and a smoke detector are provided.
