House rules
A jeep rental is required. Children are allowed, but some bedrooms have outside access. Christmas and New Year's stays may require a minimum number of nights. Accidental damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility; damage must be reported while on the island for coverage under the damage waiver.
Getting there
The villa is beachfront on Devers Bay, a pebble beach. The bay is approximately 150 feet from the villa. Cruz Bay is less than a 10-minute drive away, and the property has paved-road access. A jeep rental is required. The lower-level bedrooms are accessed by an exterior staircase and exterior walkway.
