The villa is beachfront on Devers Bay, a pebble beach. The bay is approximately 150 feet from the villa. Cruz Bay is less than a 10-minute drive away, and the property has paved-road access. A jeep rental is required. The lower-level bedrooms are accessed by an exterior staircase and exterior walkway.
