The house

The north-facing home has eight bathrooms, fully ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a double-storey glass feature wall and 6.5-metre ceilings. Six bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. An integrated self-contained two-bedroom section has its own kitchen, dining area, lounge and verandahs overlooking the park, with a picture window featuring Mt Coolum.

The main kitchen includes European appliances, a gas cooktop, oven with Touch LCD and probe cooking, dishwasher and microwave. Downstairs are a main living area, media/kids room, quiet sitting room and separate billiard room with a three-quarter-size pool table. Upstairs are additional lounges. Entertainment equipment includes two projectors with 210-inch and 140-inch screens, audio systems, four large smart TVs, a CD player and Blu-ray player. Full-height sliding doors open to a covered outdoor dining and lounge area with a BBQ.

The private 13-metre pool has bubble jets in its seated area and sun lounges nearby. A rear gate leads directly to adjacent parklands. Shared community facilities include another swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground, barbecue and recreational green. Five pushbikes, boogie boards, scooters and tennis rackets are provided. Tropical gardens surround the home, beside natural dunes and bushland.

Yaroomba Beach is approximately a five-minute walk through the dunes. Coolum is a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along a coastal pathway, with shops and cafes nearby. Bike paths extend north and south of the property. Household linen and a standard departure clean are included.
