The house

This 2,298-square-foot home has lake views and a spacious living room with abundant natural light, a television and a gas fireplace. Heating is provided throughout the stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. A large dining table provides space for shared meals. Outside, a gas grill and deck or patio overlook the lake.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a private washer and dryer, parking for two cars, a private entrance and self check-in. Bed linens, fresh towels and hangers are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Fishing is available from the water’s edge, with hiking, biking and golfing opportunities in the area. Shops, restaurants and Pagosa Springs attractions are a short drive away. Wolf Creek Ski Area is approximately a 40-minute drive away.
