House rules
Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for information. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and payment arranged by the Reservation Team. Longer stays require additional cleaning and payment. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Sunrise Lift and Canyons Village shops and dining are a short walk away; Park City's Main Street is a short scenic drive away. Parking is limited to two cars.
