Set within Finca Tranquila's gated equestrian community near Naranjito, Sunnyview Villa offers tropical grounds, mountain views and a large private pool. Four queen bedrooms with private bathrooms accommodate eight guests, with separate upper- and lower-terrace entrances.

The kitchen includes an induction stove, filtered drinking water, quality cookware and a coffee setup with a grinder, espresso machine, French press and drip brewer. A washer, dryer and line-drying space are available. A wraparound terrace has a swing bed, gas grill and places to lounge; the approximately 50-by-20-foot pool has a gazebo and seating. There are no televisions, with books provided instead. Horses may be rented on-site to explore the surrounding trails.
