House rules
No smoking. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Saturday check-in and checkout. Dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed, and pets must stay out of the hot tub. Two dogs are permitted, with up to two additional pets for $100 each plus tax per week. Guests provide paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the arrival starter supplies.
Getting there
The beach, lighthouse and boutique shopping are an easy walk away. The home is on a sandy private road ending at Persimmon St. Beach Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles.
