# Sunnybuns 4 x 4, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 20 guests across three levels, with six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top level has a great room with ocean views, a furnished living area with TV and wood fireplace, a dining area, an equipped kitchen and a nursery. The king ensuite has a standing shower and deck access. The middle level has three queen ensuite bedrooms, two with ocean-facing deck access. One ensuite has a standing shower and the other two have shower/tub combinations. Two additional bedrooms contain two double/twin bunk sets and two twin beds respectively, with a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The ground-floor bedroom has two twin/twin bunk sets, deck access and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination that also opens to the common area. The lower-level recreation space has a wet bar, refrigerator, ice maker, sink, double-tap kegerator, seating, a large-screen TV and a bar table with chairs. The family room no longer has a dishwasher; the kitchen includes a dishwasher. Entertainment includes a pool table, garden checkers on the middle-level covered deck, satellite and streaming TV, and a basketball hoop. Outside are a private outdoor pool, hot tub, multiple furnished decks, a screened porch with a picnic table, two outdoor showers, charcoal and gas grills, and a fish-cleaning station. Five beach chairs, bed linens and bath towels are provided. A private beach walkway has no steps, although coastal conditions can change its condition. The home uses a private well. K Club Golf benefits include discounted golf rates and access to clinics, club dining and weekly summer sports camps for children. The home is a few miles from the 4x4 access ramp and is accessible only by a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Corolla is a short drive away. Wild horses roam the surrounding 4x4 area.
