No parties or venue use. No smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. The garage is not accessible to guests. This is a personal home, so owner belongings may require some storage space.

The home is a 15-minute walk from central Richmond shopping and dining and a 10-minute walk from Fish & Chips and the Sprig & Fern pub. Nelson city centre is 10 minutes away, Rabbit Island is 15 minutes away, Māpua is 20 minutes away and Kaiteriteri is 45 minutes away.
