Nestled in the heart of the acclaimed Corolla Light community, "Sunny Delight" offers a semi-oceanfront retreat designed for both relaxation and adventure! This spacious home offers views of the ocean and features five bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed to provide a serene sanctuary after a day of coastal exploration. The top level welcomes you with an open-concept living area, where ocean views create a beautiful backdrop for gathering with family.

The well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, invites culinary creativity, while the adjacent dining area ensures memorable meals with loved ones. A cozy living area featuring comfortable seating and entertainment options serves as the perfect spot for evening relaxation. There is a wet bar for refreshments with an icemaker. The nearby loft is a great place to curl up with a good book. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to the deck.

On the middle level, you'll find two additional master bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and access to the deck, allowing guests to enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. Two more bedrooms, one with deck access, and a full bathroom are also included on the middle floor. The ground level is designed for entertainment and convenience, boasting a recreation room with foosball and bumper pool tables, and a Queen Murphy bed. Outside on the second-floor covered deck, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Multiple decks are furnished for lounging and soaking in the coastal ambiance. The home's proximity to the beach means you're just a short walk away from sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.
