## About the house

The home accommodates up to 16 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top floor has an open-concept great room with ocean views, surround sound and a gas fireplace, plus a kitchen, dining area, wet bar with icemaker, reading loft and screened porch. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.

The third-floor king ensuite bedroom has deck access, a standing shower and whirlpool tub. The middle floor has two king ensuite bedrooms with standing showers and deck access, a bedroom with two twin beds and deck access, and a bedroom with two double/twin bunk sets. A separate full bathroom on this floor has a shower/tub combination. The ground floor has a recreation room with foosball, bumper pool and a mini-refrigerator, plus a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

A hot tub is on the second-floor covered deck, and multiple decks have outdoor furniture. Additional facilities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, fish-cleaning table, beverage cooler, multiple TVs/stereos, cable TV, washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided.

Guests have access to shared Corolla Light amenities, including oceanfront outdoor pools, indoor pools, a kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, indoor courts, basketball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard and a trolley. Community activities and events are seasonal. Each guest needs a wristband to use community amenities; the home provides 12 wristbands.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
