House rules
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No parties or venue use, no smoking and no pets. The property is a personal home and some owner belongings may be stored in dedicated spaces. Early check-in from 1pm and late check-out by noon may be available for an additional charge by arrangement. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
The property is in Enner Glynn between Nelson and Richmond. Nelson city and Richmond are each about a 10-minute drive away; Stoke and Tāhunanui are about 6 minutes by car, and Nelson Airport is about 7 minutes by car. Cafes in Annesbrook or Stoke are a 25–35 minute walk. Tāhunanui Beach is 2.9 km away. The property occupies the upper level, with a sloping path providing entry to that level.
