House rules
No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and checkout. Special events require advance arrangements and carry a published fee of $1500 plus tax; the introductory event offer specifically refers to 2025. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it.
Getting there
The home is soundfront, with a private dock, and is a short walk from Duck Village. Beach access is via Lala Court Beach Access. The elevator is not guaranteed to meet ADA dimensions or weight-capacity requirements; steps or thresholds may be required to reach it.
