# Sunlight on the Coast Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 18 guests and has five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The sleeping inventory comprises four king beds, two queen beds and two double/twin duo bunk sets. Bed linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are provided. The floorplan marked new in 2027 places two bedrooms on Level 1: one with two queen beds and one with two duo bunk sets. Each has a private half bathroom, with a shared shower/tub between the rooms. This level also has a lounge with a refrigerator-and-sink bar, a sitting area with a table and TV, and access to the soundfront lanai, poolside bar, pool and hot tub. Level 2 has three king ensuite bedrooms with standing showers, a media room with seating, a bar area and a game table, laundry and finished porches. Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, private study and private deck, plus a half bathroom, great room, large kitchen, breakfast area, dining area and sundeck. Additional facilities include a game room, indoor and outdoor bars, an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Kitchen equipment includes a drip coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31. Guests have access to Four Seasons community amenities, including outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, trolley, soundside access, playground, cornhole, parking and beach access. The home is soundfront, with a private dock, and is a short walk from Duck Village. Beach access is via Lala Court Beach Access. The elevator is not guaranteed to meet ADA dimensions or weight-capacity requirements; steps or thresholds may be required to reach it. No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and checkout.
