The house

Sunkissed Pool Villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed; bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity; bedroom 3 has a king bed that can be split into two singles. The master bedroom has an adjustable electric bed. The other bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom fans and winter electric blankets are provided, alongside a heat pump/air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.

The open-plan lounge has electric recliner couches and an 85-inch television with lighting, and each bedroom has a television. Sonos sound runs indoors and outdoors, with Hue smart lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, air fryer/mini oven, Nespresso machine and dishwasher, plus a dedicated beverage centre. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

Outdoor spaces include an unheated swimming pool, mineral magnesium-enhanced spa, covered dining area, deck with loungers, outdoor heaters, Weber barbecue and outdoor fireplace/braai with firewood. The garden is fully fenced. Off-street parking is available via a shared driveway.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets supplied. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. The beach and estuary are nearby. A security camera points towards the main gate. The property relies on rainwater; boats and boat washing are prohibited.
