The house

This renovated condo has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the white-sand beach and Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and Gulf views; the living room has seating and a sofa that converts into a double bed. Both spaces have a TV and DVD player. A spacious balcony is accessible from both the living room and bedroom.

The equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a kitchen bar and adjacent dining table. Resort facilities include shared indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, gas grill, laundry facilities and a gym, along with on-site dining.

The beach is steps away, and beach chair rentals cost extra. Nearby shopping includes Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall; restaurants, a water park and a go-kart track are also nearby.

A resort modernization project began in September 2024, with renovations scheduled throughout 2025 and into spring 2026. Construction hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including weekends if required, with likely noise and other inconvenience. The outdoor hot tub and splash pad were scheduled to close until early summer 2025, and grill and smoking areas were to be relocated during renovation. Project dates are subject to weather, labor and supply-chain changes. The indoor pool and gym remain available during regular operating hours.
