Sliding glass doors connect the living area to the deck and pool. A separate dining room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee maker and cookware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated office, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, closet, deck access and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Upstairs are a king bedroom with streaming TV and a queen bedroom, sharing a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and combines a queen bed with an office setup. A second main-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. Events require express approval; an event fee of $2,000 may be required. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during a stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional cleanings may be requested at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, reopening dates is at the owner's discretion. If the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If it is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. Instead of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. Approved special uses may require an increased security deposit.
