The 1,600-square-foot chalet has an open great room with high ceilings, large windows, a gas fireplace, furnished seating and a wall-mounted cable TV. The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a combination drip/K-Cup coffee maker. The dining area seats eight.

Outside are a furnished deck with a gas grill, a garden/backyard and an outdoor saline hot tub. The lower-level bunkroom has a Nintendo Wii and games; board games and a play area are also available.

Window air-conditioning units serve the main-floor bedrooms from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Baseboard heating is controlled by thermostats. The home has free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private entrance and self check-in. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, room-darkening shades and children's dinnerware are provided.
