The house

This 3,209-square-foot home sleeps 10 in beds and has high ceilings, expansive windows and two living areas with cabin-style decor. A reclining sectional, gas fireplaces and streaming entertainment provide indoor gathering spaces. The lower level has an additional living room, pool table, bar and karaoke machine.

The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining table seats eight, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. A furnished deck has an outdoor grill. Outside, guests can use the private hot tub, firepit and Adirondack chairs while enjoying mountain views.

The four bedrooms include three primary suites, and every bedroom has a smart TV. There are four full bathrooms and a half bathroom with a toilet and sink. Three full bathrooms have tub/shower combinations; the fourth has a shower only. The primary bathroom also has a jetted tub.

Amenities include heating, Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, bed linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer and hangers. Family equipment includes a Pack-N-Play, crib, baby gates, high chair, child utensils and bowls, board games and puzzles. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. Hot cocoa is provided. Parking accommodates four cars, and an EV charger is available.

Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club and Winter Park Resort are within a seven-mile radius. Devil’s Thumb Ranch is down the road, and nearby outings include hot sulfur springs, Grand Lake and Lake Granby. Denver International Airport is about a 90-minute drive away.
