The 16,926-square-foot estate has 10 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with bedrooms in the main home, guest studio and guest cottages. Ski-in/ski-out access to the Sundance ski run is available from the private ski room, and ski storage and ski shuttle service are available. Air conditioning is available only in the cottages.

The living room has vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views toward the San Sophia Range. The dining room has several tables. The main kitchen has granite countertops and four barstools, and there is a separate caterer's kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware.

Entertainment facilities include a private bowling alley, a game room with billiards and foosball, a full gym, and a theater with seating for 11. A lounge has a full bar and seating around a fireplace. Outdoors are patios for dining or lounging, a hot tub and an outdoor fireplace.

The home also has free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a garage, free parking for up to six cars, an elevator and a private entrance. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryers, shampoo, an iron and ironing board are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are available. Long-term stays are allowed, subject to the applicable stay conditions.

Ski-in/ski-out access to the Sundance ski run is available from the private ski room. Parking is limited to six cars. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Maximum occupancy is 27 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. Half of the total is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive the initial payment back less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged and charged by the Reservation Team. A credit card preauthorization of $7,000.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local receiving address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability.
