House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime voices must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
Downtown Palm Springs is 2.5 miles away. Joshua Tree National Park is 35 miles away. A greenbelt is just outside the patio.
