House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Reservation confirmation requires an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
The slopes are across the street and Market Gondola is within walking distance. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Dial-A-Ride is available in Mountain Village. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
