The hotel

Sunbank House is a small, family-run traditional Scottish hotel. Room features vary by room category. Room 1 is a ground-floor standard double at the rear of the hotel, with a double bed, LCD TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Room 2 is a mezzanine-level single room at the rear, with a three-quarter double bed and shared bathroom, plus a 28-inch LCD TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Room 3 is a large first-floor room with garden views towards the city, a super-king bed, 32-inch LCD TV, Nespresso machine, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Room 5 is a first-floor double with garden views towards the city, a double bed, TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Room 6 is a first-floor rear double with a double bed, 32-inch LCD TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Rooms 7 and 8 are large first-floor rooms with garden views towards the city; each has a super-king bed that can be arranged as twin beds, a 32-inch LCD TV, Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso machine, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Room 9 is a large first-floor family room with garden views towards the city, one double bed and one single bed, with space for a Z-bed on request; it also has a 32-inch LCD TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Room 10 is a large ground-floor family room with garden views, one double bed and one single bed, with space for a Z-bed on request; it has a 32-inch LCD TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It is pet-friendly, with an additional £20 charge when pets stay. Room 11 is a large ground-floor room with garden views and a king-sized double bed, described as suitable for guests with mobility issues. It has an LCD TV, hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
