- The lobby Business Centre has dedicated workstations and a printer.
- Parking
- Self-parking is $33 per night; valet parking is an additional $5 per night. Underground parking accommodates vehicles under 6 feet 8 inches. Limited outdoor parking in front of the hotel is available for larger vehicles at the same charge. Level 2 EV charging is $50 per day including parking and charging service; additional parking days are $33 per night. Advance booking is requested for EV charging.
- Pets allowed
- Pet-friendly rooms welcome up to two small-to-medium cats or dogs per room, each weighing up to 50 pounds. Cleaning fee: $35 per night, up to $175 per stay.
- Kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchens are available in the Residences.
- Washing machine
- Residences have in-suite laundry. The hotel also has coin laundry facilities on the third and fourth floors; detergent is available for purchase from vending machines.
Pool
Shared pool- Heated
One outdoor heated pool is advertised. Guests of both the Hotel and Residences have complimentary access. Three outdoor hot tubs are also available. Pool and hot tub hours are 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. During Phase 1 of renovation beginning September 8, 2026, they remain open, but pool access is rerouted; the existing sauna is temporarily unavailable.
