The accommodation has a base occupancy of four guests and allows two additional guests, for a maximum of six. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 135€/stay; an extra cot is optional at 25€/week. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€/night per guest in low season and 2.2€/night per guest in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
