The apartment is in a fenced development of four units and has a terrace and a shared garden with twelve sun loungers. The living room has satellite television and air conditioning. The equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. The terrace table can be moved indoors for meals.

Sleeping accommodation comprises a double bed, two twin beds, and a bunk bed measuring 90 × 180 cm, recommended for children. Two sleeping rooms have closets. The twin room has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; a second bathroom has a shower. The shared laundry room has two washing machines, an iron and an ironing board.
