House rules
The apartment accommodates four guests plus two additional guests, up to six in total. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at 135€/stay. An extra cot is optional at 25€/week. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt.
