House rules
The base occupancy is four guests, with two additional guests permitted, for a maximum of six. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at 135€/stay. An extra cot is optional at 25€/week. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

Ground-floor apartment within a four-unit development, with a shared garden and shared laundry facilities. Bahía de Alcudia beach is 0.089 km away. The bunk bed is recommended for children.
