Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 135€/stay for the displayed period ending in December 2026. An extra cot is optional at 25€/week for the displayed period ending in January 2029. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
