Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory final cleaning costs 135€/stay. An extra cot is optional at 25€/week. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a fenced four-unit development; the garden and laundry room are shared. Bahía de Alcudia beach is 0.089 km away, and private beach access is not provided. Puerto de Alcúdia town is 0.01 km away; the bus stop, supermarket and bank are 0.2 km away, and the pharmacy is 0.3 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 62.5 km away, Sa Pobla train station 13 km, Puerto Alcudia ferry terminal 6.8 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 24.1 km.
