The house

The apartment accommodates two guests and has a sheltered private balcony with outdoor seating and water views. The living area includes an L-shaped couch and a wall-mounted TV with Foxtel. The adjoining kitchen has a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, cooking essentials, wine glasses and crockery. An indoor dining table seats four.

The bedroom has a king bed, blackout curtains, an LCD TV and water views through a large window. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity and shower over a bathtub, with a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided. An in-unit washing machine and dryer, iron, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and workspace are available.

Shared building facilities include a large, partly shaded tropical outdoor pool and spa. Paid parking is available on and off the premises. Bars, eateries and Darwin’s art scene are nearby. Cots, high chairs and extra children’s beds are available for an additional fee when requested three days before arrival.
