The apartment accommodates two guests and has a sheltered private balcony with outdoor seating and water views. The living area includes an L-shaped couch and a wall-mounted TV with Foxtel. The adjoining kitchen has a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, cooking essentials, wine glasses and crockery. An indoor dining table seats four.

The bedroom has a king bed, blackout curtains, an LCD TV and water views through a large window.
