The house

The 1,667-square-foot residence has an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace and a private deck with mountain views. The kitchen has modern cabinetry, quartz counters, premium appliances, a kitchen island and a custom-built dining bench. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A washer and dryer are available.

The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds and an ensuite bathroom. The third sleeping room is a den with one twin bed and one full bed, offered as sleeping space for two. There are three full bathrooms in total.

Shared facilities include an outdoor heated, fenced pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, spa, game and media rooms, pool table, fire pit, barbecue area and lobby bar. Guests have ski storage, boot heaters, ski valet, shuttle service and concierge assistance. The concierge can assist with Red Sky Golf access, restaurant reservations and grocery delivery. Full daily housekeeping is included; room service is unavailable.

The residence is a short walk from the ski slopes, shops and restaurants in Lionshead Village. Gore Creek is nearby. Long-term stays are also allowed.
