House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require scheduling an In-Stay Refresh and payment through the reservation team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message and depend on availability. An initial payment of 50% is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable.
Getting there
Ramcharger 8 and Swift Current 6 are steps from the door in Mountain Village. Town is accessible on foot. Parking is limited to one car. Pool and fitness-center access is at Huntley Lodge.
