The house

This remodeled, 3,000-square-foot penthouse overlooks Lone Mountain and accommodates up to 13 guests. Four bedrooms each have a king bed; the first three have ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has a queen bunk bed and a twin trundle. There are four full bathrooms in total.

The home includes steam showers, ski storage and gear closets with boot dryers. Living and dining spaces include a fireplace, television and dining table. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A washer, dryer, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, balcony and grill are available. Linens, towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.

Guests have access to the Huntley Lodge pool and fitness center. The penthouse is steps from the slopes in Mountain Village, with walking access to town. Free parking is available for a maximum of one car, and the building has an elevator.
