Summit Penthouse 1005 is a bright, modern, 2,800-square-foot condo accommodating up to 18 guests, with three bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The main and guest bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk bedroom has a queen bed, two queen bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. The living room provides a queen Murphy bed and a king sleeper sofa.

The home has updated finishes, a fireplace, television, a dining table and a balcony. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A grill, washer, dryer, heating, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Ski storage and elevator access are available. Guests have access to the Huntley Lodge pool and fitness center. Free parking is limited to one car. Mountain Village and skiing are accessible on foot.

Maximum occupancy is 18 guests. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A maximum of one car is permitted. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh, scheduled and charged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message and depend on availability. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rentals of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.
