## About the house

This 2,900-square-foot penthouse has mountain views, modern updated finishes, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The main bedroom and two guest bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A fourth bedroom has two queen beds, a fifth has a twin bed, and the living room has a Murphy bed.

The home includes a kitchen with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a dining table, private living room, fireplace, television, balcony and grill. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo, an iron and ironing board, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer are provided.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free parking, ski storage and an elevator are available. Guests have access to the Huntley Lodge pool and fitness center. Skiing and town are accessible on foot.

Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message and are subject to availability. An initial payment of 50% is due upon booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day threshold is refundable less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable.
