## About the house

Summit Penthouse 1002 is a remodeled, alpine-inspired condo with 2,200 square feet of living space, fireplaces and updated finishes. Each of its three bedrooms has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The home has a private living room, dining table, television, balcony and grill. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are available, along with bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer and shampoo. Heating, hot water, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, free parking, ski storage and an elevator are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Guests have access to the Huntley Lodge pool and fitness center. The penthouse is within walking distance of skiing and town. Parking is limited to one car. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the reservation team, with payment processed separately.

The slopes are steps away, and skiing and town are within walking distance. Parking is limited to one car. Guests have access to the pool and fitness center at Huntley Lodge.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A maximum of one car is permitted. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation more than 110 days before check-in is refundable less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.
