House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests, and occupancy must not exceed the number in the reservation. Stays are temporary only; the property may not be used as a permanent residence. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, must provide proof of age on request and must remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Follow the good-neighbor policy and parking rules, and lock doors and windows when away. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the premises, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; legally required service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals require pet authorization. The pet policy does not guarantee an allergen-free property. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; applicable fines and related damages; and a late-departure fee of up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may lead to termination of the stay without refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice, or immediately in an emergency. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override the general rental terms, and booking-channel terms control where they conflict.
Getting there
The condo is on the second floor and is close to the Cabriolet Ski Lift.
