# Summerview Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The three-level home accommodates up to 15 guests and has five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. An elevator serves all floors. The third floor contains a great room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a breakfast/dining room with countertop seating. A sun deck overlooks the ocean. The third-floor king ensuite includes a walk-in tiled shower, whirlpool tub, fireplace and deck access. The second floor has two oceanside king ensuites with deck access. One has a sitting area, tile shower and soaking tub; the other has a large tile shower. A theater room and shaded decks provide additional gathering space. The first floor has a king ensuite with a shower/tub combination and deck access, a bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The latter two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination; the bunk bedroom has deck access. This floor also has a recreation room with a pool table and bar, a laundry area and a half bathroom. Another half bathroom is on the third floor. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor furniture, dune deck and outdoor shower. A private beach walkway has no steps. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Community amenities include soundside access and beach access. Shopping and restaurants are nearby in Duck. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
