Listing description

The house has two open-plan living areas, multiple flat-screen TVs, Netflix/Foxtel, a fireplace and split-system air-conditioning. The dining area opens onto a furnished deck, with additional balconies and a courtyard for outdoor relaxation and a gas BBQ. All bedrooms have balcony access and beach views. The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge-freezer, Miele oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, pantry, kettle, dishes and silverware.

There are two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet; the second bathroom has a shower. Laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, clothesline and ironing equipment. A smoke detector is provided.
