Summerhill Views accommodates nine guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The open-plan living area has an open fireplace, leather lounges, a kitchen and dining area. A second living area is downstairs. Multiple decks, secluded patios, pergolas and boardwalks provide outdoor spaces within the gardens. Linen and bedding are provided. Other facilities include heating, hot water, a BBQ grill, cable TV, a DVD player, a sound system, a spa and a smoke detector. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Professional management provides 24/7 local support.

Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised or prior agreement is obtained. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May through October. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules.
