Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Can the villa be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to the homeowner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost. A refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on the event and its requirements. Loud music for a function is permitted only during certain hours.
