The house

Suite 1241 occupies the first floor of a historic Venetian palace and accommodates up to six guests. A large furnished terrace is shared and overlooks the canal and city.

The living area has a single sofa bed and a dining table. One bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second has a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, an iron and mosquito nets are available.

The building has no lift. Venice Santa Lucia station is approximately 1.6 km away. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
