Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation-specific details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. Piazza Castello is about 10 minutes away; Turin Caselle Airport is 14.3 km away and Turin Porta Nuova Station is 2 km away.
