The home has wood-beamed ceilings and an open-plan main level with a stone fireplace, a large TV, a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen. A game room has a pool table, and a separate movie room provides another gathering space.

Four bedrooms contain one king bed and three queen beds; the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom and bedrooms 3 and 4 have TVs. A sleep sofa in the game room provides additional sleeping space. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements. A Pack'n'Play is provided.

The deck has a BBQ and outdoor dining space with views of the forest, nearby lakes and distant ski slopes. The home also has a hot tub, heating, a washing machine and a dryer.

Bear Mountain and Big Bear Alpine Zoo are nearby, and Snow Summit is a short drive away. Big Bear Lake, The Village, dining, shops and hiking are within easy reach.

Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Guests must dispose of trash at the local dumpsite under City of Big Bear policy; charges may apply for trash left at the property. Bookings longer than 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
